Entering the second month of the NO high fructose corn syrup and NO hydroginated or partially hydrodginated oils diet. I read somewhere that the average person ate 95 grams of sugar per day in the 50's, and as of 2000, the average person ate 140 grams per day. In 2008, it's gotta be up to 160. I'm going to shoot for 95, so I can "pretend" i'm living in the 50's.
